With a focus on culture and service, this Seva Utsava ushers in each new year in a novel and innovative way with thousands collectively singing Vande Mataram and making a public commitment to serve the nation and the society. Various theme based competitions, cultural programs, blood donation camp, grand exhibitions by social service organizations, etc. are organized. The Utsava provides an opportunity for display of craftsmanship, ways to reuse/recycle and children’s talent. It also provides a platform for nation building by increasing awareness about sustainability towards a greater and greener Bharat. This Utsava is being organised every year in association with Kannada and Culture Department and has become a model Utsava. Many national and state level leaders join this Seva Utsava.
